Massoud Khansari at the 7th Amin al-Zarb ceremony and introducing top entrepreneurs and pioneers of Iranian industry added: "Attending this annual meeting is a sign of respect for all of us in the progressive concept of entrepreneurship and honoring the status of men and women whose hearts are beating for the advancement and development of Islamic Iran.
He said: For the seventh year in a row, despite many tragedies, this little beacon has been lit to commend the hard-working entrepreneurial community with the hope of a future full of success. I hope that one day we will be able to honor entrepreneurs whose goods have captured global markets together and in a vibrant, dynamic and efficient economy.
He added: "The private sector is under a variety of economic pressures these days. International sanctions have marked the business of economic activists and its plight has challenged private sector activities rather than taking the lap of politicians.
Khansari said: "Today, it is not possible for anyone to hide that slogans such as the ineffectiveness of sanctions have inflicted severe damage on the country's economy. The obvious example is that the country's foreign exchange income is declining, the attraction of foreign capital is eroding and inadequate, the entry of modern technology into the country is limited and as a result, the Iranian economy has been reduced so that Iran's rank among the world's major economies has declined.
The head of Tehran Chamber of Commerce added: "The result of all these processes is reflected in the rising inflation and the shrinking journeys of the people, and that today a part of the Iranian middle class has fallen to the poor class.
He continued: "In the past few decades, not only have the effects of foreign sanctions on the body of the Iranian economy not diminished, but at the same time self-sanctions and, in other words, domestic sanctions have become a leverage against iran's national economy. In this situation, entrepreneurs are both hurting from the foreign front and the trench behind the front has been destroyed for them.
Khansari said that in order to get out of the existing crises, iran's economy must accept the foundations of development and progress with a comprehensive and national perspective.
He added: "No country, no society and no economy has been able to cope with its unfavorable conditions in at least the last century, without turning towards private sector-based development and entrepreneurship.
Khansari said that if entrepreneurship is centered, the foreign policy apparatus will also move toward de-escalation and lifting sanctions instead of sanctions. Also, the domestic policy system is moving toward solving problems instead of putting numerous obstacles on economic activists at any moment. In a word, the whole decision-making system of the country aligns itself with the axis of economic and social progress and development.
He added: "Iranian society is at peace when it is reliant on a capable and developed economy. Now that the economy is good, the mood of all people is improving. Of course, there are other values, such as freedom and justice, that should all be addressed.
Khansari said: "It must be admitted that the country's biggest challenge over the past four decades has been undesirable governance and bureaucracy. The bureaucracy has pushed the country into the abyss of backwardness and, like termites, has diverted the country from the path of development by creating corruption, rents, complex administrative paperwork, injustice, and all kinds of social and cultural ruptures.
He added: "The state economy took from us the golden years that could be an opportunity for the economic leap and development of our country such as Turkey, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Khansari said: "It is painful that Qatar, which has an area the size of Bushehr province, has achieved a wealth that today, with the highest per capita income in the region, can host the World Cup and attract all eyes. But on the other side of the Persian Gulf, we are engaged in supplying people with winter gas, and due to the inability to attract investors to develop gas fields, not only did we not fulfill the strategic ambition of energy exports, but we also failed to meet our own needs.
He continued, "But despite all these tragedies, we must remain hopeful for the future of Iran. Of course, with the preconditions to accept that today's country needs wise behavior.
Khansari said that actions derived from reason will not tolerate radicalism, unprofessional behavior, politicization, grouping and partisanship. Rationalism means avoiding the emotions caused by the events of the day and acting on what is right and right.
He added: "Of course, the prerequisite for moving in this direction is to achieve empathy. From the domestic and foreign dimension, there is no time or opportunity at all.
The head of Tehran Chamber of Commerce added: "The nation, the government and the government can work together to resolve matters that have now become a challenge for the country. The history of the past few decades has shown that whenever inclusive unity has been established among all segments of the country, we have passed through the terrible ridges.
"Iran's economy is full of capacity," Khansari said. Mines, oil and gas, national roads, the presence of educated and inexpensive labor, access to free sea and the possibility of exporting goods to 400 million regional markets are just a part of the gem in this land. Today, if it does not come out of the heart of these God-given blessings, an economy and a society full of prosperity, lively and efficient, modern and forward-looking, it is a clear sign of weakness in management.
He added: "Today we must achieve self-confidence and beyond that we must reassure the elite and compassionate children of this country. The educated younger generation is ready to be on the field. They should not be marginalized by various political excuses and unfounded stigmas and the name of the future.
"If South Korea or Japan have become the world's top economies, it has been rooted in the growth and crystallization of private companies such as Samsung, LG, Mitsubishi, Sony, etc.," Khansari said.
He continued: "Iran's entrepreneurship community, like developed countries, is ready to have an effective and useful presence in the field of economy and this great and valuable feature should be considered and respected.
The head of tehran chamber of commerce said that entrepreneurs who have not allowed their employment to decrease with the mujahedeen, and the worker's table become smaller, should spend their time and sorrow in other areas such as culture, more communication and honesty with the people and helping to solve some of the daily problems.
Khansari added: "At the same time, if the government returns to its logical path, the possibility of improving and improving the status of social capital and restoring people's trust will also occur. The economic community and the government can work honestly as the two wings to help the country along this path.
He continued: "We are all on the same ship. We do not consider ourselves separate from the regime. We are not irrational critics of governments. We have not been politicized, and today we loudly announce that the country's entrepreneurial community is ready to help the country.
Khansari said: "Basically, holding Amin al-Zarb ceremonies and appreciating entrepreneurs in this era and times is due to such an approach.
He added: "Our goal is to tell policymakers that despite all the obstacles that have been created, today such leading entrepreneurs live in Iran. Now, if a suitable business environment is provided in this land, the dynamic entrepreneurial community will definitely continue to grow globally.
Khansari said: "We want a country where our children can live comfortally and the new generation can fulfill its long dreams for entrepreneurship in the heart of this soil. Dear Iran has capacities in its heart that can be the basis for the realization of all dreams.
Join hands to make Iran flourish more.
